I have tried several golf shoes now and they all leave much to be desired with my condition - I have very flat feet which are broad in the front. I have been playing with Merryl Barefoot shoes when it is dry conditions and that helped a ton, but I needed waterproof golf shoes. I recently tried Ecco's and they nearly killed me - could not walk after trying a 2nd day of golf (and that is after breaking them in). Shall we simply say I am sold - I love these golf shoes and they look great and I find them * comfortable * (& people can no longer make fun of my Merry 'booties'.I have tried on nearly every golf shoe with no luck. I don’t have a wide foot but most golf shoes seem to run narrow. This shoe has a wide toe box and doesn’t slip off the back. Tough leather that is stiff at first but breaks in fast. Great cross between athletic shoes and luxury leather golf shoes.Ordered half size larger as suggested, but couldn't get my whole foot into the shoe. Highly rated, sorely disappointed.
